Hostility is a feeling of enmity towards something or someone most especially when there is a strong opposition to it. This feeling occurs when one feels violated, aggrieved and undeserved either for themselves or for others thus resulting to resentment.
The three man-show exhibit, "Hostile Takeover", shows the individual artists' point of view of what hostility is and its causes. Through symbolized images each artwork depicts the meaning that the artists want to show to their audience. It is a subjective perspective of what they see around their environment through their experiences and observation. Emotional disturbances, global problems such as economic discrepancy, diseases, political issues, etc., these are factors that causes man to feel enmity. Due to the adversity of events that occur within their personal lives and their surroundings antipathy occurs unwillingly or so. It can also mean of the entirety of antagonism that has taken place in the world. It is a kind of comprehended sympathy which the world shares even if it is unspoken.
